Back when Ditch Mafia was just an idea and a lot of frustration, three co-founders sat at a table staring out at the Intracoastal, talking about how tired they were of watching it get trashed. One of them grabbed a beverage napkin and sketched the very first design right there on the spot. No plan. No brand. Just a rough drawing and a shared purpose.

That same napkin sketch was later taken, cleaned up, and digitally developed into the first shirt — the one that quietly turned a moment of annoyance into a movement on the water.
